The Fredericton Botanic Garden is excited to welcome Riding the Wind II, an interactive public art installation by New Brunswick artist Gary Crosby of Darkwood Woodcarving.

On display at the Garden from September 6 to September 20, the installation features 30 large, hand-carved Monarch butterflies and celebrates the beauty and journey of this remarkable endangered species.

Visitors can explore the artwork throughout the Garden and scan the accompanying QR code to discover stories and educational information about Monarch butterflies and their travels across the province.
