Increase your fitness level by learning the fundamentals of Nordic Pole Walking. Using Nordic Poles increases upper body strength and core muscles are used so more calories are burned. Great for building posture, cardio, and strength. Qualified instructors will be leading each clinic. Participants may register for more than one introductory clinic, if they wish for additional instruction. Also great as a refresher, if it’s been a while since you learned the basics.
Poles are provided for use by clinic participants. They are also available for purchase for $85.00.
